Dreaming of your own off-grid property? Are you on a budget and need some tips to help find that perfect bit of land? This is the workshop for you! Good projects start with great planning and learning from those who have done it before and can offer lived experience! This workshop gives you a solid foundation and an easy list of criteria to help you move forward with your off grid living dreams! It will cover identifying land on a budget, planning and building steps, site selection and design, natural building ideas and alternative technology systems you could incorporate! It will also be investigating a range of issues, hurdles and elements in practice, with real life examples and plenty of fantastic advice to help you on your journey. A must to help you turn your dreams into a lived reality! Facilitator Bio: Dr Rachel Goldlust is the founder of Natural Building Australia and is a qualified planner, researcher, presenter, and educator across natural building, planning and design. She is one of the Masterminds currently teaching for the Build Outside the Box course that helps people follow their dreams of living in a natural home! Drawing on her Masters in Planning and PhD in environmental studies, Rachel advises on sustainable housing options and opportunities and regularly shares her wealth of experience with audiences across the country and online.
